Grievance Arbitration

The attorneys at HCL have collectively participated in well over 100 grievance hearings at both the grievance level and arbitration level.  We have significant experience litigating grievances as well as mediating them when appropriate. Our attorneys are well known and respected by arbitrators from both AAA and the LRC.  We handle all grievance arbitration matters ranging from contract interpretation to employee termination.
