Aubrey Lombardo

Aubrey Lombardo is a Partner at Henneous Carroll Lombardo, where she has dedicated over 15 years to representing school departments across New England. As an experienced education attorney, she advises school districts on a wide range of legal matters, including collective bargaining, special education disputes, student and employee disciplinary hearings, and daily compliance with federal, state, and local education laws.

Ms. Lombardo is particularly recognized for her expertise in laws affecting Multilingual Learners, providing both legal counsel and targeted professional development in this evolving area. She frequently delivers training and presentations on various aspects of education law to public, private, and religious schools, as well as external organizations, including the Rhode Island State Police.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Ms. Lombardo is an active member of the Rhode Island legal community. She is a member and former officer of the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association and also belongs to the Rhode Island Labor and Employment Relations Association.
