Harrassment + Discrimination

HCL has handled multiple harassment and discrimination matters before state agencies, courts and federal agencies, including the Office of Civil Rights.  We have significant experience dealing with these sensitive issues and ensuring that clients are up to date on the relevant laws and provide additional services such as conducting investigations and acting as independent hearing officers as needed.
