Labor Board

The lawyers at Henneous Carroll Lombardo have experience appearing before the Labor Board in Rhode Island and are familiar with its extensive regulations. We have represented school departments in unfair labor practice hearings before the Board on numerous occasions. We have also appealed the Board’s rulings in Superior Court and had them successfully overturned.
